SHIPPING POLICY
All shipment will be done through known Logistic & Courier Company in India.
We ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
It is possible that we or our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays.
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on www.santekind.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive within INDIA. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.
COD (Cash on Delivery) id not available and not provided.
In case the product was not delivered and you notice as delivered on courier / shipping partner's web tracking, report the issue within 7 days to the concern courier / shipping partner's customer care for tracing the shipment or delivery update.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Our company do not accept Exchange or Return.
If the purchased Item is found to be not working and the same will be addressed under warranty support against any manufacturing defects only within one year from purchase date. The Item has to be shipped to our works in full with proper company packing at buyer's cost, for warranty support.
